Meditative Ink Flow - Japanese calligraphy Level 1

Duration: 60 Minutes art practice
In this workshop you will discover a world of mindfulness, consciously connecting to elements, Japanese calligraphy and how to set up your art practice, so you can start enjoying this creative flow. The workshop is divided in to flow: Introduction, Meditation, Movement practice, Tea ritual, Art practice of Ink flow with Japanese calligraphy, integration.
The Experience
My experience started from childhood, studying art and then as an adult following. My career in the art and fashion world. From years in the art scene in Paris and London, working as a fashion designer, curator, art dealer with leading art galleries and being an artist myself. Then completing the international diploma in Art therapy opened doors for me to be able to share the healing side of the arts with the world, and bring more depth and meaning to my personal journey. I currently work with private clients, retreats, hotels & wellness centers.
The Vision
As a multidisciplinary artist and art therapy guide, I work with mediums of gestalt expertise & expressive arts therapy, which is a mix of philosophy psychology and art, wiving into it sensorial activation & work with 4 elements. I specialize in the art of senses as my essential tool box. Working close with nature and the environment, creating a new way of embodiment process, experimentation, transcending comfort zones, lifting up old patterns, finding new ways of being and seeing yourself. I use well researched conscious information & studies of many years to create each session.
Art Therapy with Marie Su Loher
It is a mix of guided meditations, visualistion, writing, painting with ink , movement practices, breath work, and sensory activating technics and reflection, integration time. In my series of workshops and retreats, I bring all these elements together. Dive in to a space of inspiration and discovery, filling up your heart with love and healing power of creativity.
Each workshop and experience is a unique Ritual that I create aligned to the space and request.
It’s a sensorial experience, an opportunity to connect with stillness, freedom with focus, and beauty in imperfection. Art is an open space of subconscious and conscious mind where we can embody and work on anything we want to shift. Taking time off for yourself.
I work with Japanese Calligraphy and Ink as a beautiful teaching art medium of low skill and high sensitivity, that anyone can really connect and enjoy.
