Fototropismo
I invite you on a journey within; inside myself and into the water, but also within ourselves. Phototropism is the response of plants to a light stimulus. They direct their growth towards the light. And so, I, in this series, was pushed by my most primitive self - leaving aside mind and reason - towards certain forms of light. Giving birth, in this way, to my photography, which is, in its essential form, writing with light. This series takes us to the hidden part of our iceberg, our subconscious. Today we dive down together, into the depths, into what is hidden beneath the world in which we move, we go underwater, literally and symbolically. In this way, we release the learned archetypes that h ave constrained us with their thousand patterns since childhood. By attributing reason to everything; labelling, controlling, taming, we lose our essence... And here in these photographs we see everything running free of artifice. The beauty of the authentic self lies in being free from a marked order. Without following a script. It is, after all, about letting go of the reins, corsets, straps and muzzles, and instead being yourself, wherever the impulse takes you. So come, let's run together and feel in our bodies the second law of thermodynamics, entropy, that natural tendency towards chaos, and do nothing to control it.
