As a child, I loved swinging. That experience of boundless freedom made me feel like I was floating above the world.
With this piece, I wanted to capture that emotion, inspired by the delicacy of leaves falling in autumn.
Thus, the AUTUMN LEAF Swing was born, a swing shaped like a leaf, designed to embrace all ages.
This piece has come to life through various mediums, like bronze, lacquered aluminum, and carved wood, each adding its soul to the experience of flying between nostalgia and joy.

Each piece is meticulously crafted using organic materials, seamlessly blending time-honored traditions with contemporary techniques. These intentional imperfections include, but are not confined to:
- The organic occurrence of wood cracking, a natural response to seasonal climates and environmental conditions over time.
- The inherent irregularities and natural formations found in items sculpted from stone or other mineral materials.
- In cast brass, certain marks may appear due to the porosity that occurs during the metal casting process.
- Deliberate imperfections, including purposefully created marks in handcrafted metalwork pieces, especially in corten steel, which tends to oxidize and exhibit non-uniform characteristics.

About the Artist
Veronica was born in Granada, Spain. She received a BA in Fine Arts from the University of Barcelona in 2005 and a BA in Interior Design from Eina School in 2004. Since 2007, She has exhibited her pieces at some of the best art-design galleries, such as Rossana Orlandi (Milan), Les Ateliers Courbet (NY), Mint (London), and The Wolfsonian Museum (Miami). Veronica's pieces SOUL Sculpture bench in 2011 and the Autumn Leaf swing in 2012 have won an international award.
